What would disqualify me from receiving a deposit bonus plus the Free Spins?

Patrons who have not registered on or after October 3^rd 2022 will not be eligible to receive a bonus plus the Free Spins.
Patrons who fail to opt-in during the Promotional Period will not be eligible to receive a bonus plus the Free Spins.
Patrons who fail to make a successful deposit after opting-in during the promotional period will not be eligible to receive a bonus plus the Free Spins.
Patrons who have opted in but have not made a qualifying deposit within 30 days will not be eligible for the bonus plus the Free Spins.

How do I claim my bonus plus the Free Spins?

In order to withdraw winnings from wagering any of the deposit bonus plus the Free Spins, Promotion participants must wager their winnings in accordance with the Promotion’s 15x wagering requirements.
After a qualifying deposit is made, the deposited amount will be restricted (“Locked Balance”), as well as the Casino Bonus, until the Wagering Requirements are met. To convert the Casino Bonus and Restricted Cash into a withdrawable amount, the initial combined amount of Restricted Cash and Casino Bonus must be played through fifteen times (15x).
Upon successfully making a single deposit of at least $10 or more on Eagle Casino & Sports and opting in during the Promotional period, the 100% up to $1,000 Casino Bonus plus 50 Free Spins will be automatically added to the Patron’s account.
Per the Eagle Casino & Sports Terms & Conditions, wagers placed on games will be used in the following order:
- Restricted Cash
- Restricted Bonus
- Cash
- Site Credit
For example, if a Patron was to use their winnings from the deposit bonus and wager $1 on a slot game that resulted in a $2 win, the next $2 wagered would be deducted from the Patron’s restricted cash balance. Therefore, the Patron would need to have all other bonuses completed before the wagering requirements can start to be met.

Which games count towards the Wagering Requirements?

Wagers placed on Eagle Casino & Sports games will contribute toward the Wagering Requirement. However, not every game type has the same rate of contribution, as shown in the table below:

By way of example, in order to withdraw the winnings from a $100 bonus, a Patron must first wager $1,500 on slot games (15 x $100) before they may withdraw their Bonus and/or any related winnings. Different rates of contribution can be combined in order to satisfy the Wagering Requirement. For example, wagering $1,000 on roulette games and $1,300 on slot games would satisfy the Wagering Requirement with respect to a single $100 deposit bonus.

How long will my bonus plus Free Spins be available for?

The Bonus and the Free Spins will be clawed back if a patron becomes inactive for 30 days from the date the bonus is awarded.

In addition, the following exceptions apply:

Only 10% of wagers placed on a ‘Gamble Feature’ within any slot game will count towards the Wagering Requirements.
Low-risk wagering or any gameplay deemed not to be in conjunction with the spirit of the Promotion will not count towards the Wager Requirement (e.g., bets on red/black or odd/even on any Roulette Game).
Bonus rounds on any slots games do not count towards the Wager Requirement.
Eagle Casino & Sports may decide in its sole and absolute discretion to amend, extend or terminate the Promotion at any time with immediate effect.
